AJ Racanelli
Asset ManagerWith more than a decade of experience, AJ oversees the day-to-day operations of our portfolio. He is known for his hands-on approach to resident and tenant relations, proactive coordination with contractors, and meticulous attention to detail that keeps properties running smoothly, on time, and on budget.
AJ brings a rare combination of practical property management expertise and institutional-grade financial acumen. Previously a Senior Financial Analyst at Rosin & Associates, he specialized in commercial real estate underwriting, due diligence, appraisals, and investment analysis across multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, office, and retail assets. His background in financial modeling, market research, and cash-flow analysis allows him to deliver data-driven insights that help owners make smarter decisions about their portfolios.
A graduate of Boston College’s Carroll School of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Business (Finance & Marketing), AJ also completed the Credential of Readiness program at Harvard Business School Online. His collaborative style, results-driven mindset, and deep commitment to excellence make him a natural fit for Windsor Fine Properties’ high standards of service and professionalism.
Dominic C. Marshall
COODominic's foundation was built literally shoveling cement on his grandfather's construction sites in the UK as a boy, and watching his uncle develop ground-up projects across England. That early exposure to how buildings come to life never left him.
After graduating from Fairfield University, he channeled that builder's instinct into an award-winning commercial energy solutions firm operating across DC, MD, PA, NJ, and DE overseeing energy-efficiency retrofits across ~20 million square feet of CRE assets and structuring projects to capture utility rebates, green energy incentives, PJM capacity market programs, and Section 179D tax deductions before a successful exit.
He then scaled a Washington DC-based property management operation to ~$80 million under management in 10 months, another successful exit, and a clear signal it was time to come home. Today, Dominic brings that same operational precision and entrepreneurial track record to his home in NYC, leading Windsor Fine Properties under the Racanelli umbrella.
